De appartementen zijn heel eenvoudig ingericht en hebben allemaal een eigen balkon met tuinmeubilair om lekker te genieten. In de keuken van dit appartement is een elektrische driepitskookplaat aanwezig. De twee-kamer appartementen zijn te boeken voor 2 personen (IT-72017-12), 3 personen (IT-72017-32) of 4 personen (IT-72017-33).
Slechts kleine honden zijn op aanvraag te boeken.
De residentie, gebouwd in mediterrane stijl, ligt op een heuvel in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van de zee. Het strand ligt op slechts 150 meter afstand.
Er is ook een supermarkt op slechts 150 meter afstand en het centrum van Villanova ligt op ongeveer 1 km afstand.
De ideale locatie is een goed uitgangspunt voor excursies naar Ostuni, de witte stad, en de andere schoonheden van de Salento en heel Apulië.

A nice place for a family vacation, The kids enjoyed playing on the terrace, and we had no issues with the amenities, It was a good base for exploring the surrounding areas,
We had a lovely stay at Residence Barbara, The apartments are simple but comfortable, and we appreciated having our own terrace to relax on, The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a supermarket nearby for any necessities,
Everything was satisfactory during our stay, The apartment was clean, and the hosts were welcoming, It's a great spot if you want to explore the Salento region while having a cozy place to come back to,
Het beste deel van ons verblijf was de nabijheid van het strand - op slechts een korte loopafstand. Het appartement was comfortabel voor een gezin en we waardeerden de keukenfaciliteiten om ontbijt te maken,
