The wonderful exteriors have been designed in detail to enjoy the good weather. The incredible saltwater pool - which measures 9 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.6 meters - is joined by the comfortable sun loungers, the Balinese bed or the fabulous outdoor sofa area next to a bar area. There is a mobile barbecue to enjoy delicious grilled meats and vegetables. In the house there is also a gym and storage area for your bicycles. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors.

The modern 3-story house offers a modern, eclectic and cozy style. The living room is on the -1 floor with satellite TV and a fabulous bar area. The kitchen-dining room on the ground floor has induction and wide views of the pool area. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. In the house there are 12 bedrooms - four on each floor -, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Additionally we can provide 4 cribs and 4 high chairs.

This incomparable house is located north of the city of Palma, with essential basic services at hand such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. By car or public transport you can immediately reach the city center where you can stroll through the narrow streets full of shops, restaurants and museums and reach the wonderful Seu, the cathedral. Palma has a great commercial and leisure offer, but you can also enjoy nature by visiting the Tramuntana mountain range, the beaches in the south and of course also those in the southeast, such as Trenc. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
