The pool has dimensions of 11 x 5 meters and 1.10 to 1.80m deep. In addition, it invites you to sunbathe around on the 12 sun loungers, or to enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast or perhaps an exquisite barbecue at the wooden table and benches. At night, you can choose between different porches and terraces to have a drink al fresco.
This fantastic property has two luxurious buildings: a large two-story main house with large rooms, which include a kitchen, living-dining room, a second living room, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a toilet, and a separate laundry room; and a second attached shed with a living room and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In the main house, you can see a special architectural style as soon as you enter the large main hall that gives access to the different rooms. On the ground floor, you find a huge living-dining room with satellite television and access to a fantastic porch. The kitchen, also with space to eat, is a dream. Its warm tones, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, large countertops and cabinets, and perfect equipment make anyone want to spend time innovating exquisite dishes. The laundry room has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The four bedrooms have a wardrobe, air conditioning, space to accommodate up to two cots and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, although only one of them has a double bed. It is located on this floor, along with a toilet that serves the entire house. On the upper floor, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. And in addition, there is another room ideal for lying down and watching television or taking a short nap.
In the attached house, they have a comfortable room where you can gather as a family, and two bedrooms with two single beds, wardrobe, fan, and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the winter, they can stay without problems since both houses have oil central heating.
This area of Colonia de Sant Pere is within a protected space, between crop fields, pine forests, coves and beaches, making it ideal for taking walks and enjoying the tranquility. However, in the center of Colonia de Sant Pere you will be able to find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., so that you do not lack anything on your vacation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 8 cars.
