Would you like to really feel on the sea while enjoying an impressive house with a garden and a beautiful private chlorine pool? Imagine contemplating the sea just a few meters away while you enjoy the sun on the 6 sun loungers or on the green lawn, delicious barbecues under the porch and a game of ping-pong, and the swimming pool - measuring 6 x 3 m and 0.8 to 1.4 m deep. And the best! of being able to take just 10 steps and swim through salt water.
The construction has 3 levels. On the ground floor they have a beautiful living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, open to the kitchen, with ceramic hob, behind sliding doors. Then they have 3 bedrooms, with two single beds and a wardrobe, two on the 1st floor, and the third on the 2nd floor. All offer an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and a bathtub. And the other two are with a shower. In addition, there is a toilet on the ground floor where they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please note that, for security reasons, only the upper panels of the windows on floors 1 and 2 open, except for the one that offers access to the terrace of the bedroom on the top floor. A crib, a high chair, two fans and underfloor heating complete the equipment.
The location is privileged. They are right on the sea and you can swim at any time but, at the same time, the public beach (Platja des Port Vell) is 400 meters away. In addition, they are in one of the most welcoming coastal developments on the island, a small tourist enclave near Son Servera. And, if that were not enough, they have the Son Servera golf course just 1.7 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
