Situated in a rural location, near the most beautiful villages and bays of the east coast, is the high-class finca Sa Pleta. With an incredible 12.5 x 5.5 m pool area with sun loungers and lawn, just a 15-minute drive from the Mallorcan east coast, Sa Pleta is presented. The estate offers various opportunities for relaxation and disconnection in its space. You can play table tennis, swim in its large pool, or exercise on the lawn. A beautiful panoramic view can be enjoyed on both sides of the house. The house is distributed on a single floor. The stately building offers two separate but interconnected residential units. In the main house, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en suite), a comfortable living room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, modern gas stove, and a large refrigerator - all tastefully and of high quality. The other apartment within the same estate has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. The house is fully air-conditioned. Fishing villages like Porto Cristo and S'Illot, and the most beautiful coves in Mallorca, such as Cala Bona, Cala Romántica, and many more, are a short drive away. The highway allows you to reach the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, in less than an hour. Sa Pleta has everything ready for you, making your vacation unforgettable. Air conditioning hot/cold according to consumption 0,50 euros/Kwh Deposit 500 euros/reservation to be paid by transfer and refunded by transfer within the next 7 days after the departure date. Baby set supplement (crib, changing table, and bathtub): 20 euros/day. The local tax and deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid on arrival in cash.
