If anyone thought that it was not possible to enjoy a pleasant swim in a beautiful pool inside a town house, this fantastic house is proof that proves just the opposite. Its exteriors, designed with great taste and character, manage to combine the most precious corners for our guests, such as a fantastic porch, ideal for having a glass of wine on the sofas after eating an exquisite barbecue with the family, or a terrace with four sun loungers, where you can listen to some music, perhaps taking advantage of the heat of the sun. However, the protagonist is the pool with measurements of 4 m x 2 m and a depth of 1.45 m - 1.50 m.

The interiors are decorated in a traditional-modern style and are distributed over two floors. In the main one, you can rest in a large living room, with a fireplace and satellite TV, or in three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, one of the latter two with A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Then, another bathroom with a shower, a large dining room and the ceramic hob kitchen complete this floor. When you go up the stairs, you have a living room with satellite TV and access to a terrace, a bathroom with a shower and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair. The entire house has central heating by diesel. The washing machine and ironing facilities are located on the terrace.

Capdepera is without a doubt an excellent destination for your stay in Mallorca. Around the entire coast there is a great diversity of small and beautiful coves with crystal clear waters such as Font de Sa Cala. A visit to the Artí Caves is practically a must and if you want to entertain yourself in an area full of life and people, you can go to Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia, with longer beaches and where you can taste a delicious paella in a restaurant on the sand.
