Dit heerlijke appartement bij de kust van Almería is ideaal voor een zonvakantie met één of 2 gezinnen. Je hebt toegang tot een gemeenschappelijk zwembad en er is parkeergelegenheid aanwezig bij het verblijf.
De woning bevindt zich in een rustige omgeving. Het ligt vlak bij Vera en Mojácar, leuke plaatsen die je gemakkelijk met de auto kunt bezoeken. Ook een bezoek aan natuurpark Cabo de Gata is zeer de moeite waard. Het appartement ligt op een steenworp afstand van de boulevard, de jachthaven, het winkelgebied en tal van gezellige bars en restaurants.
Neem 's zomers een verkoelende duik in het gemeenschappelijke zwembad en kom tot rust in de aangename tuin. De airconditioning zorgt voor verkoeling tijdens de warme, Spaanse zomers.
We vragen gasten zich te houden aan de regels, en niet te veel lawaai te maken teneinde de rust te bewaren. Feesten zijn verboden. Dit zomerseizoen (2021) moet nog worden bevestigd of vanwege COVID-beperkingen het zwembad open zal zijn of niet.

This place was a hidden gem! We loved being so close to the promenade and trying out local restaurants like Tierra y Mar and El Pintxo, The living room was spacious, and we enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen, Definitely would come back for another summer getaway!
The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, It had everything we needed for a family vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, The kids enjoyed playing in the garden while we relaxed in the sun, It was easy to get to nearby attractions like Cabo de Gata, Overall, a pleasant experience!
Clean, comfortable, and well-located, The proximity to Las Marinas-Bolaga Beach was a definite plus, Although we didn't get to use the pool due to restrictions, the kids still had a great time at the beach, The host was responsive and welcoming, making our stay hassle-free
Super nice spot! Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked like a charm, Loved being able to walk to the promenade, It felt safe and quiet, I'd definitely recommend it for a low-key beach getaway
Very cozy apartment with a nice layout, Plenty of space for our group, The kitchen had all the basics which made cooking easy, Nearby attractions like Cabo de Gata were beautiful, Just a heads up, the parking situation was a bit tight at times
The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms, which was a big plus, It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants, A must-visit is Gbg Garrucha for some tasty food, Overall, enjoyed our stay but could've used better communication about pool access
