Pedra Viva (cala Bona)

The extensive exterior of the villa stands out for its well-kept garden where the chlorine pool is located, measuring 10 meters long and 4 meters wide, and a depth that ranges from 0.80 meters to 1.55 meters. They have an umbrella and trees where you can relax under the shade on the sun loungers. Before entering the interior of the house, they have a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy outdoor grills with your companions.

The cozy interior of the house, distributed over a single floor, begins with the living room, equipped with a fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining room, open to the living room, creates a fluid and comfortable space to share moments with your companions. The kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious homemade meals. At bedtime they have 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the third with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A second bathroom with shower serves the rest of the house. If you travel with a baby, you will have a crib and high chair. Finally, the house has a laundry room integrated into the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for greater comfort during your stay.

Cala Bona is a charming coastal town that offers a perfect combination of tranquility and activities. Cala Bona beach is just 1.1 km away, ideal for enjoying the sea and the sun. For golf fans, the Son Servera Golf Club is just 4.4 km away. The town of Cala Millor is very close and there you will find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the delicious local cuisine. You will also find an extensive promenade with numerous shops where you can take pleasant walks with the sea breeze. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Tourist license: ETV/1267At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash.
