The communal exteriors of this cozy apartment are wonderful. They have a large chlorine pool, measuring 37 x 30 m and a depth between 1 and 2 m, a children's pool measuring 7 x 6 m and 0.5 m deep, an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt after a day at the beach and even two tennis courts for some fun time. In addition, the apartment has a wonderful glazed terrace covered with an awning so that your lunches or dinners while contemplating the mountains are very pleasant.

The interior has a comfortable living-dining room, with television and air conditioning; a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board; two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub; and three bedrooms with wardrobe. One of them offers a double bed, air conditioning and space to prepare a crib and a high chair; the second has a trundle bed and air conditioning; and the third with a double bed and balcony.

Playa de Gandía is ideal for lovers of good weather, since it is very pleasant during any time of the year. The length of its beach, located about 350 meters away, is about 7 km of fine white sand coast, so don't hesitate to take a walk along the shore at sunset. If you are also passionate about mountain nature, we recommend visiting the Ullal de l'Estany, one of the springs that nourish the Gandía marsh. They come from the nearby mountains and their fresh waters spring from the underground.

The swimming pool and tennis courts are open all year round, with hours from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Remember there are no rackets or balls. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
