The house is located on the second floor without an elevator and has a small terrace with views of the urbanization. The apartment consists of a living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and basic utensils, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A kettle is available upon request. Here you choose between four bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Three of the bedrooms have a wardrobe and one has space to prepare a cot and a high chair.

Miramar beach is generally very quiet and has a family atmosphere. Furthermore, the area offers very good conditions for surfing. In the surrounding area there are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Nearby there are more sandy beaches such as Piles, Daimús, Oliva and Gandia. The apartment is 13.5 km from the Oliva Nova golf course. Also, if you are interested in culture, you can visit the old town of Gandia and see the Doge's Palace, the Town Hall and the Collegiate Church, a church that was built over a Muslim mosque. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
