The house is located on the ground floor and offers a terrace, living-dining room, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two bedrooms with double beds, two with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and bidet. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Miramar beach is quiet and has fine sand, ideal for spending holidays with the whole family. In the town there are all kinds of services, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The promenade joins Piles and Bellreguard and invites you to take a walk, sit at one of the beach bars and watch a spectacular sunset. In Piles you can visit the Torre de Piles. In addition, you can explore the beaches of neighborhoods such as Oliva Nova, Cullera and Gandia. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
