After a long day at the beach, you can relax on one of the four sun loungers on the large terrace or prepare a delicious barbecue outdoors. Thanks to the pine trees, the terrace is a shady place and perfect for sheltering from the sun during the hottest hours. The little ones in the family can have fun on the swings. The outdoor shower is ideal for cooling off from time to time. Apart from the barbecue, there is also a wood-burning oven where you can prepare homemade pizzas. The house plot is fenced and there are neighbors next door, so privacy is partial.

The single-story house is simply decorated. There is a living-dining room where you can watch a movie on TV-SAT or on DVD. Around the dining table you can sit 6 people and enjoy good homemade food. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment, including gas stoves and cooking utensils. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms to rest, all with wardrobe. The first has a single bed and a bunk bed. The second has a double bed. The third has two single beds. A bathroom with a shower is attached to the house, so access is from the outside. There is a second bathroom with shower that completes the main house. There is a cot and a high chair.

Son Serra de Marina is a quiet and small urbanization with a natural beach of stones, rocks and sand. This beach is only 400 meters from the house and is close to the small yacht club in the town. At the end of the urbanization there is a long natural sand beach with a restaurant. Services, supermarkets and leisure activities are located in Can Picafort, a 10-minute drive away. Son Serra de Marina is ideal to enjoy tranquility and nature; practice water sports and hiking.
