The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and has a small terrace with views of the urbanization. The apartment includes a storage room with an outdoor shower, very practical for removing the sand after a long day at the beach or for storing the kids' beach toys.

The apartment is simply but comfortably equipped, offering a living-dining room equipped with a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and some utensils (kettle on request). You can choose between three bedrooms, one with a double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two with two single beds (90x180). All bedrooms have a fan and wardrobe. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is another with bathtub, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are traveling with a baby, we provide a crib and a high chair.

The fine sand beach is only 150 meters away and is characterized by being a quiet beach with a family atmosphere. There is a promenade where you can take long walks and stop for a coffee or ice cream. In Playa de Piles there are supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds and everything you need for an independent holiday. The city of Gandia with its beautiful old town is 10 km away and the Oliva Nova golf course is 12.5 km from the apartment. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.
