With views of the town and the sea, on the terrace of this apartment you can enjoy a good breakfast taking advantage of the fresh morning breeze and the first rays of sun. If you feel like swimming, you just have to grab your funniest towels, something to snack on and walk about 250 m to the beach.

The apartment has a spacious, bright and airy living-dining room, perfect for watching a movie while resting for a while or sitting down to eat together. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has an elongated shape with countertops on both sides, which makes it very practical for preparing some recipes. The bathroom is large and equipped with a shower. To rest, they have three bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed, where we can also place a crib and a high chair, and two others with two single beds. There is a fan at your disposal, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Close to all kinds of services, the apartment is located in Playa de Gandia, which not only has a wonderful fine sand beach, but also a wide variety of ways to enjoy culture and nature, for example spending a picnic day at the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that nourish the Gandia marsh. Nort Beach has an extension of about 3 km, offering rental of hammocks and umbrellas and having a promenade, where its restaurants and cafes invite you to enter. The much quieter beach of l'Ahuir is an important refuge for local flora and fauna and is home to the Gandia dunes. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 27 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
