The private chlorine pool is the main protagonist of the outdoor area of this immense property. It measures 9 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1 to 1.8 meters. Around you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue. The pool area is closed for the protection of the little ones. On the porch of the house you can also sit and have lunch or dinner al fresco. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The 2-storey house preserves the Mallorcan character of yesteryear and at the same time has all the modern comforts. Upon entering we find the large room with TV-sat. It connects to the dining area with capacity for 10 people and AC. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The ground floor is completed with a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor we have another living room and 4 more bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds each. And all bedrooms have AC and oil central heating. If you travel with your baby we will provide you with a crib and a high chair.
The house is located on a large farm surrounded by fields and peace and halfway between Campos and SantanyÃ. Its location is ideal if what you want is to visit the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Santanyà or Cala Llombards. It is also close to the beautiful Mondragó Natural Park. Although in the municipality of Campos, the house is a little closer to Santanyí, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
