The little ones in the family will be amazed by the small lake in the grass area. The pool, with dimensions of 5 x 4 m and 1.75 m deep, is chlorinated and is surrounded by six fantastic wooden loungers. There is a mobile barbecue, so you can roast and eat as a family under the glass porch, which also has a small room for the children to play while drinking coffee. Upon entering the residence, you will discover a cozy room with high reed ceilings, equipped with satellite television and air conditioning. This area is harmoniously integrated with a fully equipped kitchen with a gas system, supplied with all the necessary utensils and a convenient breakfast bar accompanied by stools. When it's time to relax, this house provides four rooms with air conditioning, spacious closets and access to a porch with glass walls. One of the bedrooms features a luxurious four-poster double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. For those additional guests, there is a charming loft above the kitchen, equipped with two single beds. Additionally, a cot and high chair are provided, along with a radiator for added comfort. The home also includes a laundry room complete with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Just 1 km from the villa, in Manacor, you have a wide variety of services within reach such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds. In fact, it is known as the city of furniture and for its famous pearl factory, Majorica. Nearby are the Cuevas del Drach, a world of stalactites and stalagmites with an underground lake, the so-called Llac Martel. This area is the best on the island if you want to visit dream beaches or coves; among them Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo, Calas de Mallorca and the paradisiacal Cala Varques, a natural beach accessible on foot.
