The wonderful garden of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There you will find an 8mx5m chlorine pool whose depth varies between 0.8m and 2.10m and which also has a 3mx3m children's area. Also outside the villa you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a porch with several tables where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

The interior of the two-story house is designed to offer them the rest they deserve. In it, you will find a living room equipped with AC and TV-sat and a dining area with a large table where you can taste your favorite dishes. The kitchen, which has access to the dining room, is induction and has AC and everything you need to cook in total comfort. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. When it comes to sleeping, they have 4 bedrooms, all of them with a double bed and AC. On the ground floor there are 3 of them, one of which has access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last bedroom is located on the upper floor and also has access to a large terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and high chair.

The accommodation is located in a fantastic area of the island where, in addition to the sun and the sea, you can enjoy a great summer and family atmosphere. The area offers all the necessary services for your vacation and you will also find a wide gastronomic offer. The closest beach is Son Bauló, and Can Picafort beach is also nearby, both with turquoise waters and fine sand. There are many nearby places worth visiting such as s'Albufera, Alcúdia or PollenÃ§a.

The fireplace is decorative (cannot be used). Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
