This elegant holiday villa stands out for its special and excellent location directly on the lake in a small residential area, at the foot of the "Sant Marti" mountain, and also in the famous and beautiful town of Alcudia, just 1 km from the sandy beach. The garden offers a private 7m x 3.5m saltwater pool with comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Mallorcan sun surrounded by spacious green areas. After a swim in the pool, you can enjoy a refreshing drink on the covered terrace in the lounge made of high-quality polyrattan. There is a barbecue in the covered outdoor area and a ping-pong table that you can enjoy with your family and/or friends. The house is spread over two floors and accommodates 8 people in four bedrooms. Three of them have double beds, and the other one have two single beds. On the main floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, and on the first floor, there are two more bathrooms, also with showers. The house exhibits a well-maintained style with high-quality and stylish furniture. In the entrance area, a spacious staircase leads first to a gallery and then to three of the four air-conditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor, from the entrance on the right hand, you reach the fourth bedroom with a door leading to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. On the left side of the entrance is the sophisticated and functional dining-living room with Smart TV and wifi. Solid wood furniture and the glass table are complemented by high-quality upholstered furniture. Plenty of light enters the marble-floored rooms, whose walls are decorated with stucco moldings. A spacious separate kitchen completes the excellent furnishings. The entire accommodation is air-conditioned. The house is located near Hidropark, a water park that offers fun for both young and old.
