Small cottage on level grassy plot in Virpiniemi cottage area. Does not include own shore. Good public swimming shore 600 m away. Steep stairs to loft. In yard badminton net. Neighbours close by; other cottages round this one. Wide range of recreational opportunities incl. golf course 300 m, Virpihovi + indoor gym + tennis courts 1 km, horse riding opportunities and agility dogwalk, etc, facilities 1 km, Haukipudas 10 km. Charging electric cars is forbidden.
