The apartment's cozy little terrace is perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast before heading out for the day. The perfect plan, of course, will be to prepare the essentials to walk just a few steps and spend a long day on the beach.

Located on the ground floor of a simple apartment building, this accommodation welcomes you with a comfortable room that unites the kitchen with the living-dining room. This space invites you to relax watching TV-SAT, next to the air conditioning (cold air only), after enjoying the best recipes prepared in the kitchen on an electric stove. Please note that the kitchen equipment is basic and there is no washing machine, ironing board or iron available. There are two rooms with two single beds, air conditioning (cold air only) and wardrobe. In one of the bedrooms there is space for a cot and a high chair, while the second offers access to a small terrace. The extra space is accommodated in the sofa bed. The bathroom in the apartment has a bathtub.

Canyamel is a beautiful and peaceful urbanization, belonging to Capdepera, with one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and with all the necessary services accessible such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The local golf course is 7.2 km away. We also invite you to visit the mythical Artí Caves and the beautiful Canyamel tower. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
