Before spending a pleasant day on the beach, located just 250 meters from the apartment, you can enjoy a magical breakfast on the private terrace, perfectly furnished for this purpose and accompanied by wonderful views of the quiet streets of the Canyamel urbanization.

This first floor, without elevator, welcomes you with a practical and comfortable kitchen-living-dining room. This simple room invites you to prepare your best dishes in the kitchen, with an electric stove, to enjoy them comfortably at the dining table and, then, to relax on the sofa watching TV-SAT next to the air conditioning (cold air only). Please note that the kitchen equipment is basic and there is no washing machine, iron or ironing board available. There are two bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning (cold air only) and wardrobe. One of them has space for a crib and a high chair, and the second has access to a small terrace. The extra space is accommodated in the sofa bed. The bathroom of the accommodation has a bathtub.

The quiet and beautiful urbanization of Canyamel belongs to the municipality of Capdepera and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and with all the necessary services accessible such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The area's golf course is 7.2 km away. Finally, you cannot miss a visit to the mythical Cuevas de Artà and the beautiful Canyamel tower. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
