This first floor, without an elevator, offers a comfortable and functional room that combines the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. Also relax here on the sofa, watching TV-SAT, accompanied by the air conditioning (cold air only), after delighting in the delicious dishes prepared in the kitchen on an electric stove. Please note that the kitchen equipment is basic and there is no washing machine, iron or ironing board available. There are two rooms with two single beds, air conditioning (cold air only) and wardrobe. One of them has space for a crib and high chair, and the second has access to a small terrace. The extra space is accommodated in the sofa bed. The accommodation's bathroom has a shower.

Canyamel is a quiet and beautiful urbanization, belonging to Capdepera, with one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and with all the necessary services accessible such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The area's golf course is located 7.2 km away. Finally, don't miss a visit to the mythical Cuevas de Artà and the beautiful Canyamel tower. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
