The simple terrace of this cozy apartment invites you to a relaxing breakfast, accompanied by views of the streets of the quiet urbanization of Canyamel. Here, then, you will replenish your energy to begin what will be a fantastic day at the beach, accessible on foot in a few steps, as it is located only 250 meters from the beach!

Inside this first floor, without an elevator, you will find a comfortable and practical room that unifies the kitchen, dining room and living room. Here you can relax watching TV-SAT or take a nap, accompanied by the air conditioning (only cold air), after tasting a delicious delicacy prepared in the kitchen on an electric stove. Please note that the kitchen equipment is basic and there is no washing machine, ironing board or iron available. There are two rooms with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning (cold air only). One of them offers space for a crib and high chair, and the other has access to a small terrace. The extra space is accommodated in the sofa bed. The accommodation's bathroom has a bathtub.

Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet urbanization, belonging to Capdepera, with one of the best beaches in the area and all the necessary services accessible such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The local golf course is 7.2 km away. Finally, we recommend a visit to the mythical Artà Caves and the beautiful Canyamel tower. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
