The spectacular house Margalida is located in Alcudia, brand new, with a modern structure, interiors, and ambiance. Equipped with every detail for a dream vacation in a residential area 2 km from the beach, to enjoy the Mediterranean climate that Mallorca offers. Enjoy the best sunbaths by the 5m x 3m saltwater pool, located next to the large outdoor chill-out area and barbecue. The outdoor area is directly connected to the kitchen and spacious dining room. Fully equipped with air conditioning, fiber-optic wifi, Smart TV (Netflix...), alarm... The house accommodates 6 guests and is distributed over three floors. Its rooms are fully equipped for a good rest, with one of them having an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a room with a single bed and a terrace with hammocks to enjoy the Mallorca sun. Three bathrooms with showers will be at your disposal. Entertainment is guaranteed with the game area on the ground floor of the house, featuring a billiard table and ping-pong. Well-kept exteriors with a beautiful garden and an extravagant statue at the entrance. All rooms have air conditioning. The house is located in a residential area just 2 km from the sea and the magnificent Arena de San Pere beach. In the same area, you will find rocky beaches for snorkeling or the magnificent S'Ilot rock beach known for its small island.
