Its shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 18 m x 7 m and a depth that varies between 1 m and 2.20 m is perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sun. The pool guarantees moments of entertainment for both adults and children, thanks to its 5x5 children's pool and a depth of 0.50m. There is also an outside shower. Once in the apartment you can enjoy a private garden surrounded by grass and complemented by sun loungers and a practical mobile barbecue that invites you to enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors.

The apartment, distributed on one floor, offers a cozy and functional atmosphere. Its bright living-dining room has AC and Smart TV for your additional entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and has an ideal space to share culinary moments with family or friends. With two bedrooms, both with double beds and AC, it guarantees a restful rest after a day of sightseeing in the city. It also has two full bathrooms, one of them en suite in the first room and with a shower and the second with a bathtub. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are traveling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Near the apartment they have all the services such as a bus stop, pharmacy, gas station and restaurant where they make typical dishes from the area and just 600m from the charming Playa del Real de Zaragoza where you can enjoy the southern climate and its golden sand, perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying its beach bars. For those looking for a bit of glamour, Puerto Banús is the perfect place to see its luxurious yachts, renowned designer boutiques and fine dining restaurants. The pool is available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. all year round. For possible additional expenses, consult the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
