The exteriors of the house, built in the typical Menorcan style, offer everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved rest. On the terrace you will find a private chlorine pool that measures 8.3x4m and has a depth of between 0.40 and 1.95m and will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next door, there are sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with family and friends. Additionally, near the terrace there is a room with a refrigerator (no freezer) where you can store cold drinks. The property is closed and privacy is total.

The interior of the two-story house is decorated in a rustic style. The ground floor consists of a living room with Smart TV and a dining room open to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything necessary to prepare any type of dishes. Additionally, on this same floor you will find a double bedroom with a fan and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, both with a fan, and two bathrooms with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

This country house is located very close to Mahón, the capital of Menorca and the most cosmopolitan city on the island. We encourage you to visit its historic center while discovering a lot of magical places and unique buildings. If you feel like it, you can go to Plaza de la Conquesta and enjoy its wonderful views of the port while having a drink in one of its numerous establishments. If you go to the port, we recommend visiting the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola. In addition, Mahón is the perfect place to visit restaurants and enjoy typical Menorcan cuisine. If you feel like taking a bath in a sea of ​​crystal-clear waters, Cala Rafalet is the perfect place for you.
