The exteriors of the house, built in the typical Menorcan style, offer everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved rest. On the terrace you will find a private chlorine pool that measures 8.3x4m and has a depth of between 0.40 and 1.95m and will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next door, there are sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your family and friends. In addition, near the terrace there is a room with a refrigerator (no freezer) where you can store cool drinks. The property is closed and privacy is total.

The interior of the house is decorated in a rustic style. The living room is equipped with Smart TV, perfect to liven up your evenings. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which offers everything you need to prepare any type of dish. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you need to rest, you will find 2 double bedrooms with a fan. The house also has 2 bathrooms. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

This country house is located very close to Mahón, the capital of Menorca and the most cosmopolitan city on the island. We encourage you to visit its historic center while discovering a lot of magical places and unique buildings. If you feel like it, you can go to Plaza de la Conquesta and enjoy its wonderful views of the port while having a drink in one of its numerous establishments. If you go to the port, we recommend visiting the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola. In addition, Mahón is the perfect place to visit restaurants and enjoy typical Menorcan cuisine. If you feel like taking a bath in a sea of ​​crystal-clear waters, Cala Rafalet is the perfect place for you.
