This beautiful house is perfect for lovers of good weather, since you can enjoy the beautiful chlorine pool - measuring 8.5 x 4.5 meters and a depth of between 1.4 and 2.2 meters - and the rocky beach that is located just 800 meters from the house. So, after a pleasant morning swimming in the pool or in the sea and sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers, you can prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy on the terrace or porch.
With a stately air, the house has a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV, a large kitchen with a ceramic hob and open to a glass space where you can also eat, three bedrooms with a built-in wardrobe and fan, two bathrooms and an outside toilet. One bedroom has two single beds and the other two have double beds. One of the double rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other bathroom has a shower. There is a cot and high chair available, as well as a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. There is oil central heating.
Badia Blava is a family-friendly coastal area bordering spectacular waters. About 800 meters from the house you will discover incredible corners where you can dive into the sea from the rocks. The closest sandy beach is s'Arenal. You will find easy access to the bay of Palma from here, as well as all kinds of services for an independent stay such as good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years of age unless they are a family.
