After a day of excursions around the island, you can cool off in the large private chlorine pool that measures 12 x 7 meters and has a depth of 1.2 to 1.9 meters. Maybe you'd like a quick game of ping pong before settling in for a delicious barbecue in the evening. The property is fenced and you will enjoy complete privacy. The interior of the single-story house has all the comforts for an independent stay as well as a refreshing modern style. In the large room you can rest while watching satellite TV and cooling off with the air conditioning. Next to this is the fantastic kitchen-dining room with capacity for 10 people, AC, wood stove and ceramic hob. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The 4 bedrooms are on the main floor and all have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last one also has an annex with a bunk bed in case your children prefer to sleep near their parents. Also in the house there are 2 cribs and a high chair if needed. The location of the house in the center of the island is perfect, since in a short time you can access anywhere. In Petra there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a train stop. The surroundings of Petra have a marked rural style that invites you to take long walks in the countryside, hike, cycle and explore the beauty of this quiet area of the island. And if you want to go to the beach, from Petra you have many options, all of them very accessible just a 20-minute drive away. We recommend Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort or the beach of Son Serra de Marina. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
