The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. The ground floor of the house is made up of a large garden terrace where you will find sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, as well as a barbecue and a table where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that the accommodation has direct neighbors.

Through a staircase you will access the interior of the house, distributed on a single floor and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with radiators and TV, will be perfect for extending your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction, dining area and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have two bedrooms with two single beds each. Both also have a fan. A separate bathroom with a bathtub serves the apartment. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The accommodation is located in a residential and quiet area a few kilometers from the center of Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming municipalities in the province of Cádiz. In your area you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. Less than a kilometer away is the well-known La Barrosa beach, an 8 km long sandy area that becomes a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air and take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence. If you feel like it, you can go to Chiclana and take a route through its seven "magic points", viewpoints from where you can admire wonderful views of the city. The most adventurous will also find nearby routes to follow on foot or by bicycle and where they can enjoy the nature of the area. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 26 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
