Welcome to our charming house Luca in Puerto Alcudia, a corner of paradise that combines the serenity of the natural environment with the comfort of a modern home. With captivating mountain and lake views, our accommodation is strategically located just 500 metres from the beach, offering a unique experience of relaxation and access to the wonders of the surroundings. The jewel of this house is undoubtedly the terrace which becomes a perfect retreat to enjoy the day or have a quiet dinner after exploring the nearby beaches. Equipped with a barbecue for outdoor culinary experiences, sunbeds for maximum relaxation, and a table with seating for 5 people, the terrace becomes the epicentre of unforgettable moments. In addition, a hanging chair adds a touch of luxury to soak in the serenity of the surroundings. This house with two floors has a modern and bright interior design. On the ground floor, the cosy living room has a satellite TV for entertainment, along with a dining table for sharing special moments. The separate, modern kitchen is a functional and well-lit space that invites culinary creation. The accommodation consists of three comfortable rooms: a double room with a double bed and a private balcony with a table to enjoy the view, another room with a double bed and a third room with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a cool and pleasant stay. Two full bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub on the first floor, add comfort and functionality to the house. The strategic location of the house allows you to enjoy the proximity to the beach of Alcudia, as well as easy access to local restaurants and shops within minutes.
