Air source heat pump in both buildings. Separate sauna building with dressing room, distance from shore approx. 80 m. Internet-connection (wireless, speed 1 Mb). Gas grill and fixed grill. In the yard there is a wood fired hot tub for rent. The tub must be booked from the owner at least one week prior to the start of the holiday. Rent: 150 € / weekend, 200 € / week. Water exchange 80 €. Rental must be agreed with the owner. Note! Only 1 pet allowed for an additional fee. If You have more than one pet, please contact Lomarengas sales service before making the reservation. Previous farm building converted for holiday use but with old ambience carefully preserved. Plot is 4 hectares sunny, level and open. River bank approx. 100 metres away, river is 10 m wide at location. River here unsuitable for poor swimmers. River ideal for canoeists.
