Outside this fantastic urbanization where the accommodation is located, you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 19m x 8m and a depth range that goes from 1m to 2m. You can all meet together on the property's fantastic furnished terrace, which has an outdoor dining area, where you can sunbathe or extend the evenings with your loved ones. Keep in mind that they have direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.

Inside, the house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, which is equipped with AC, Smart TV and comfortable sofas where you can relax. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. Of the 5 bedrooms with AC on the property, on this floor you will find one of them, which has two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the room. Via the stairs you will access the first floor, where there are three bedrooms with two single beds each. In addition, one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. An additional bathroom with a bathtub is at your disposal. Finally, on the top floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the second terrace of the property. Up to two more guests can be accommodated thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. They have at your disposal two fans, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The Port of Santa María offers a wide variety of tourist attractions, such as its fine sand beaches and crystal clear waters, such as Valdelagrana beach and La Muralla beach. In addition, it has a rich history and cultural heritage, with places such as the Castillo de San Marcos, the Mayor Prioral church and the old Osborne winery. The historic center of the city is another attraction for visitors, with its cobbled streets, picturesque squares and historic buildings, where you can find bars and restaurants offering local cuisine, such as the famous fried fish. In addition, this city is located on the Sherry Wine Route, a wine region famous for its wineries and wines, so it is possible to visit and taste wines at local wineries. We recommend visiting the city of Cádiz, which is just 20 minutes away by car and is known for its impressive old town, its beaches and its lively atmosphere.
