Downstairs 50 m² + loft 14 m². Sauna and washroom renovated 8/2024. Apartment can be rented for maximum 6 persons. Apartment in row house situated on Lake Talvijärvi. Other row houses in the area, but B-house is located just by the lake, nice view to the fell Rukatunturi. Lockable ski storage. Jetty (possibility to swim), campfire place and a rowing boat in shared use. Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 21km, Riisitunturi Fell 27km. Additional information: Skibus stop 50m. Nearest restaurant Rukatonttu. For children, a travel cot, high chair and potty. Swings and a sandpit in the yard. Dog run on Lake Talvijärvi 50 m, connection to Ruka/Kuusamo cross-country skiing network. Well-maintained tracks. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
