This beautiful three-story townhouse has up to two terraces, one at the front and one more cozy and interior, so you can enjoy a good breakfast, the simple and pleasant reading of a book or a delicious lunch or dinner. Between each of these moments of the day, of course you can't miss a good swim on the beach or a time in the sun, since they can be easily reached on foot after a short walk. And on the way back they have an outdoor shower in case you want to rinse off. The property is fenced.

Inside, the ground floor welcomes you with a beautiful living-dining room, with television and air conditioning. Then we have the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, a table with chairs and everything you need to cook, as well as a toilet that completes the floor. Going up to the first floor we find a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms, one with two single beds and a fan, and another two with A/C, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. And on the top floor we have a fourth bedroom with a double bed, fan, access to a terrace and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have a wardrobe and space to accommodate a cot and a high chair. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

In Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find all kinds of services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and more. In addition, you can visit different sandy beaches such as the port beach, the Marqués beach or the famous and unparalleled Es Trenc beach. You can also go boating, take excursions to the island of Cabrera or visit the salt mine. The port at night is also beautiful for a walk after dinner. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
