Spectacular views over the port of Portocolom will accompany you during the pleasant moments you spend on the wonderful terrace of this apartment. Every morning or sunset will be memorable, accompanied by a good coffee or an exquisite glass of wine, or a good read listening to the soft sound of the waters and feeling the fresh breeze.

This 2nd floor, without elevator, is pure comfort and warmth thanks to its beautiful and modern rooms with parquet floors. In the same space they have the living-dining room, where you can watch satellite TV or chat while admiring the views, and the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed, TV (Spanish channels), en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower and access to the terrace. Two of the bedrooms have a dressing room and the third has a closet. There is a cot and a high chair. There is a second bathroom with a shower. The accommodation offers ducted air conditioning. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The location is wonderful. They have the port right in front to take a walk looking at the boats. Just 1.5 km away you have the sandy beach of Cala Marçal, to spend a great day. If you like golf, the closest course is the Vall D'Or course, less than 6 km away. In the center of town you will find all the necessary services such as restaurants, shops or supermarket. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
