Enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace before preparing everything and spending a morning on the beach. When you return, organize an exquisite outdoor barbecue to enjoy under the porch and then have a coffee or tea while reading a book or simply feeling the sea breeze and the sun on your face. For your added convenience, there are two outdoor showers to rinse off the salt or quickly cool off if you decide to stay home.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor we find the living room with two comfortable sofas where you can relax watching satellite television or resting. The dining area, in the same space, has a table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, microwave, oven and everything you need. They have a completely independent laundry room that has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Going up the stairs we find three bedrooms, all with wardrobe, air conditioning and direct access to a beautiful terrace. One of them offers a single bed and the other two have a double bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. As for the bathrooms, they have one downstairs with a shower and another two upstairs with a bathtub. Please note that one of them does not have a window. To complete the equipment, there are two radiators.

The location of the house is perfect. On the one hand because they are just a few steps from the sea and, on the other, because all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, buses, taxis and much more, are accessible on foot. As for the beach, Puerto de Alcúdia is one of the most wonderful beaches on the island, due to its large expanse of fine white sand and crystal clear waters, although you can also visit the beautiful Cala de San Vicente or the coves of La Victoria.

They should know that the air conditioning has a sensor connected to the windows, so if they are open, its operation is interrupted. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
