The beautiful exteriors of this country house with a boho air offer an idyllic space thanks to its extensive garden where the pool is located, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The chlorine pool measures 10 x 6 meters wide, with a depth that varies from 0.10 to 1.80 meters, thus simulating a beach shore. In addition, it has a jacuzzi next to the pool that invites you to relax in it. The surroundings of the pool have a Balinese bed and two sun loungers with a straw umbrella where you can sunbathe after a swim. The garden also has a porch where we can find a bed where we can take a nap outdoors under the shade of this porch. Before entering the house, we will find another fully furnished porch to enjoy the barbecue that is located next to it.
Entering the modern interior of the house distributed over two floors, you will first find a living-dining room. The living room area has a huge sofa that invites you to relax while watching a movie on the TV with Smart TV. Next to it, there is a table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy meals prepared in the ceramic hob kitchen fully equipped with the necessary utensils for your daily life during your stay. On this floor is the first room of the property, which has a double bed, wardrobe and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower. To complete the ground floor, you will find a second full bathroom that has a shower. With the stairs that you will find in the living room, you will access the first floor where the second bedroom is located which, like the first, has a double bed and a wardrobe. To make the stay more comfortable, the house has an A/C in the room on the ground floor and an A/C at the top of the living room that provides fresh air to both the living room and the room on the first floor. If you travel with babies, a crib and high chair are available.
The villa is located in the Binissalem area, which is in the center of Mallorca so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The charming town, known for its wine culture and historic wineries, is just 5km away. There you will find everything you need; bank, gas station, supermarket, doctor, pharmacies, and, above all, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the varied Mallorcan cuisine. In addition, the town has a train station that connects with the city of Palma de Mallorca. If you prefer to enjoy the coast, you can opt for the extensive Alcudia Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters and golden sand.
Please note that a cat lives on the property and is usually around. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
