Deze prachtige vakantievilla in Saint-Couat-d’Aude is voorzien van een heerlijk verkoelend privézwembad. Je hebt hier veel privacy dankzij de volledig omheinde tuin en er zijn 2 slaapkamers die gezamenlijk 4 personen kunnen accommoderen. Deze woning is geschikt voor gezinnen.
In Capendu (6 km) kan je dagelijkse inkopen doen in de Intermarché. In Lézignan-Corbières (10 km) kan je allerlei grote en kleine winkels/supermarkten terugvinden. Je kan genieten van restaurants in de buurt en elke donderdag kan je op enkele meters afstand pizza’s bestellen van een foodtruck. Met de auto kun je gemakkelijk reizen naar de verschillende leuke plaatsen in de omgeving (zoals Canal du Midi, Carcassonne, Montpellier, Narbonne, Lagrasse, Gruissan
De accommodatie is voorzien van een badkamer met onder andere een douche en een wastafel. Als je een avond niet uit eten wilt gaan, kun je zelf een heerlijk diner bereiden in de keuken. De tuin is ingericht met comfortabel tuinmeubilair en je kunt de auto kwijt op de parkeerplaats.

This villa exceeded our expectations! The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed lounging on the terrace, The nearby shops in Capendu made grocery shopping super convenient, and we found some great restaurants in Lézignan-Corbières
