The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate and you will find all the comforts you can imagine. You can cool off in the chlorine pool that has dimensions of 6mx3m and a depth range between 1.20m and 1.50m or relax sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers. You can also enjoy the wonderful views while preparing a delicious barbecue. There is also a table with chairs ideal for extending the evenings.

Inside the one-story house you will find a large living room open to the dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with AC and Smart TV and the ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. At bedtime you can choose between three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two beds, one double and one single, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed on top. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The house is surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes and green fences. For nature lovers, you can venture to the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and offering opportunities for hiking, bird watching and enjoying the native flora and fauna. If what you prefer is to get closer to the center, you should know that it is only 7 minutes by car. Coín is a charming Andalusian town that offers an authentic and picturesque experience. Local markets are ideal for discovering fresh, native products that reflect the authenticity of local cuisine. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
