Strategically located just a few kilometres from the beach of Puerto Pollensa, La Caseta stands out for its natural surroundings and its views of the majestic mountains of the Sierra Tramuntana. Its exterior invites you to relax with a large 8mx4.5m swimming pool surrounded by a lawn, six comfortable sunbeds and three umbrellas. In addition, a barbecue area with a table and benches next to the house provides the perfect setting for delicious alfresco meals. Climb the stone stairs to discover a seating area with a table and 6 chairs, a Balinese bed and a terrace covered with white curtains to escape from the sun, a true paradise. Step into the spacious and cosy interior of La Caseta, where a lounge with sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and DVD player connects harmoniously with the white curtained terrace. A few steps up, a raised platform with a rustic table for 6 people immerses you in the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. The separate, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for intimate breakfasts, while a second lounge in the basement offers an additional relaxation corner. The bedroom layout includes two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a twin bedroom on the first floor.
