This beautiful house, brimming with character, offers a spectacular interior patio full of plants and beautiful corners where you can sit, relax and forget about everyday life. It also has a large table where you can enjoy delicious fresh lunches and dinners or even enjoy a delicious barbecue with your loved ones. Being in the center of town, the property has direct neighbors.

The 3-story house offers a modern style full of traditional details that make it a unique and cozy place. Its spacious living room, equipped with Smart TV, satellite channels and books, is perfect for extending the evenings. For its part, the beautiful dining room is ideal for enjoying unforgettable meals with your companions. The modern kitchen is independent and offers everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the ground floor. Via stairs you can access the upper floors, where the bedrooms and the rest of the bathrooms are located, as well as two large rooms that you can use as best suits you. The first floor houses 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Of them, one has a double bed, while the rest have two single beds each. In addition, on this floor you will find three bathrooms with showers, two of them en suite and another independent. Finally, on the second floor is the last bedroom, which has air conditioning, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby.

This property is located in the upper part of ArtÃ, a charming town that has preserved its medieval air over the centuries. Thus, it is next to the town hall and offers wonderful views of the beautiful Puig de Sant Salvador. In Artà you can go shopping at the market on Tuesdays, visit the church with panoramic views of the town or enjoy a delicious dinner on the main street. The house is about 15 minutes driving from the coast where there are many dream beaches such as Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla or Cala Torta, a natural beach with only one restaurant. In Artà there are supermarkets, banks, bars and all the necessary services for an independent stay. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
