This magnificent villa has an incredible saltwater pool that measures 8.50 x 4 meters with a constant depth of 1.50 meters. Integrated into it you will find the comforting jacuzzi (cold water) that will help you relax at the end of the day. The garden area also offers sun loungers, sofas where you can sit and have an aperitif and a fabulous barbecue area where you can enjoy delicious grilled meats and vegetables under the porch. Next to this they have an outdoor bathroom with a shower. The property is fenced and has adjacent neighbors. The two-story house has been decorated with great taste and has all the comforts to spend a wonderful vacation. The large room is equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels. Large sliding doors connect to the kitchen-dining room with induction and equipped to detail. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms with AC, one with a trundle bed and the other two with a double bed that also share an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with AC, double bed, a large terrace where you can sunbathe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. We can also provide you with a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby. Marratxà is a quiet urbanization located near the city of Palma and the Sierra de Tramuntana, making it the perfect place to visit different parts of the island. In Palma you will find all kinds of shops, services, leisure and a lot of history and culture to discover. Stroll through its cobblestone streets full of people and of course, don't forget to visit the legendary cathedral of La Seu. As for the beaches, the closest is Palma, about 13.2 km away, but if you drive along the coast, paradisiacal beaches such as Sa Rà pita or Es Trenc await you.
