It is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in the sun. In addition, the apartment's balcony is furnished with a table and chairs so you can enjoy meals outdoors with your companions.
Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, when you enter the apartment you find a spacious living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and a sofa bed ideal for two guests to rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can prepare your favorite dishes. It also has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes your stay.
The location of the apartment is unbeatable, with Playa del Grau de Gandia just 400 meters away, ideal for enjoying the sea and sand. It is perfect for enjoying long walks as it has all the services such as bars and restaurants where you can enjoy typical dishes such as the famous fideuá, fresh seafood and delicious paella. You cannot miss the opportunity to enjoy dinner facing the sea with spectacular views of the sunset. About 15 minutes by car you can get to the historic center of Gandia or the Albufera Natural Park, where you can enjoy boat trips and observe the diverse fauna and flora of the region.
Pool hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from June 15 to September 15. Outside of this time and date, bathing is possible but there is no lifeguard service, so anyone who bathes is at their own risk. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
