Outside this beautiful town house you will find cozy corners where you can enjoy the outdoors. Especially the main terrace has a wonderful chlorine pool - measuring 5 x 3.5 meters and 1.5 meters deep - to cool off and spend an entertaining morning. Around you, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers or prepare an exquisite barbecue.
The house has two floors. Downstairs they have a functional and spacious living-kitchen-dining room, where they can watch satellite television while cooking on the ceramic hob and eating at the bar. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds and space to prepare a cot and a high chair. Going up the stairs you reach another bathroom with a shower and two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. They all have a closet and access to a terrace. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace.
Lloseta is a true inland Mallorcan town where there is a lot of life. It has many bars and several restaurants with good traditional food, as well as a supermarket and several shops. It is also located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, which is ideal for lovers of excursions, cycling, hiking, etc. In fact, one of the most recommended routes is to Tossals Verds. The closest beach is Ca'n Picafort, located approximately 29 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
