The exteriors are wonderful. A large expanse of green lawn, which surrounds the entire house and the pool, makes it the perfect place to sit or lie down in the sun while reading a book or listening to some music. Inside, which can be accessed from different places, you will find a dining room with large glass windows to marvel at the views of the garden, the pool and the mountains. This leads to the living room equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs to watch television. The very spacious kitchen has a gas stove, oven and a table with chairs. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes, one of them with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, have a fan at their disposal. A second bathroom with a whirlpool tub serves the entire home. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are traveling with a baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The property is located 3.5 km from Arenal Beach, where they have various shops and restaurants to enjoy their terraces with beautiful views and water sports. Nearby there are some viewpoints that you can visit from Cala Blanca, Portitxol or Cap Negre. It is also recommended to take a long walk through the old town of XÃ bia with its Medieval layout and its food market. There is outside parking for 2 cars. The fireplace cannot be used.
