The apartment has a fantastic terrace ideal for contemplating the sea views while enjoying delicious delicacies, whether for your breakfasts, meals or evenings. In fact, imagine enjoying long evenings accompanied by a delicious dinner, a glass of wine and the soft, fresh sea breeze. During the day, only a few steps separate them from the spectacular beach of fine sand and crystal clear waters while, at night, everything lights up, fills with life, and they only have to cross the street to take a walk surrounded by small boats along the beach.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Inside, a living-dining room that has satellite television, fantastic views and access to the terrace, is perfect for entertaining yourself by watching a movie or simply taking a well-deserved rest after a long day. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and the essential utensils so that you don't miss anything on your vacation. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are available right here. There are three bedrooms, all with two single beds, a wardrobe, a fan and a radiator. In one of them we can also prepare a crib and a high chair if you need it. Finally, there are two independent bathrooms with showers that serve the entire house.

Lovers of the beach, hustle and bustle and gastronomy, among many other things and services, are in the perfect place, since Puerto de Alcúdia includes all these options. It is ideal if you are looking to enjoy the sea not only to swim and sunbathe, but also to be at peace having a good cocktail on the sand or tasting a delicious Mallorcan paella.
