Outside this wonderful property you will find a 10x7m swimming pool with a depth range between 1.10m and 1.70m, ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the sun loungers on the fantastic terrace at your disposal. Play with the little ones in the children's area or spend time together while preparing a tasty meal on the barbecue and enjoying it in the outdoor dining room. Please note that the property has direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.

The house distributes its rooms over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with AC and Smart TV that gives access to a dining area where you can taste the wonderful dishes prepared in the kitchen with a ceramic hob and, which also has all the necessary utensils. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and two fans. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. A toilet serves this floor.

On the same level they have three bedrooms, all of them with TV, prepared to offer them the rest they deserve. The first has a double bed, the second two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the third, which is the largest, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The beautiful stairs take us to the basement, which has a large room, ideal for extending your evenings and which is equipped with AC and TV. On this floor you will also find a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower that completes the room.

Denia is one of the most attractive tourist destinations. It is full of beautiful beaches and a spectacular natural environment that does not go unnoticed. We recommend visiting Denia Castle, which is built on a cliff overlooking the coast and is the symbol of the city, or you can take a walk through its beautiful streets full of Mediterranean charm. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
