The salt pool, measuring 9m x 5m and with a depth of between 1.2m and 1.7m, is the star of this dream home. Surrounded by a terrace with nine hammocks and an outdoor shower, it is an ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Several terraces invite you to have an outdoor barbecue and eat with the whole family. The children enjoy playing in the garden, while the adults play a game of petanque. This spectacular house is totally private and has no direct neighbors.

On the ground floor, a comfortable and spacious living-dining room invites you to spend moments with the family, perhaps while watching a movie on satellite television. The kitchen with another dining table has all the utensils to prepare a banquet, including a gas stove and ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with a double bed each and one with two single beds, three of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower each. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a separate shower upstairs. The upstairs room has a small gym. We can provide up to two cots and two high chairs upon request. Five fans complete the equipment. The owner cares about the environment and has installed solar panels.

In the city of Manacor you will find everything you need for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Additionally, Manacor is famous for the pearl factory, Majorica. Nearby are the Cuevas del Drach, a world of stalactites and stalagmites with an underground lake, the so-called Llac Martel.

Regarding beaches, the east coast has many dream beaches; among them Cala Mandia-Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo, Cales de Mallorca and the wonderful Cala Varques, a natural beach accessible on foot.

Note: The fireplace cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 15.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
