The property has totally private exteriors, very simple, and surrounded by trees and Mediterranean plants, which is precisely what gives it a special charm. The oval-shaped, chlorinated pool, measuring 4.5 x 3 m and with a depth of 0.80 to 1.20 m, has an outdoor shower and a fantastic porch next to it that invites everyone to sit down and eat together and perhaps prepare a barbecue. It is also heated (only in the months of March, April, May and October). There are six hammocks ideal for relaxing after a delicious meal reading a book or listening to some music in the sun. The rooms of the house, with modern furniture, are very bright and generally open to the outside. From the porch you access the living-dining room, with a beachy and relaxing touch due to its warm and blue colors, ideal for watching satellite television accompanied by the AC. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub for your greater comfort. As for the bedrooms, there are three in total, one with two single beds and two more with a double bed and wardrobe. Even one of the last ones has access to the garden. To acclimatize the rooms, there is also an air conditioner in the hallway that leads to them. We will prepare a crib and a high chair for you if you are traveling with a baby. The villa is located just 1 km from the Costa dels Pins beach and has easy access to all the beaches in the Levante coastal area such as Cala Bona, Canyamel or Cala Millor, among many others. There are several golf courses nearby also for lovers of this sport. In terms of services, Son Servera offers everything you may need such as bars, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. You will be able to enjoy the heated pool, subject to availability, in the months of March, April, May and October, giving 5 days' notice and taking into account electricity consumption. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
